A quote in one visit, not one phone tag

Radiant Cleaning Co. had a two-line website: a photo and a phone number under initials nobody recognized. We gave the business a name, a real quote form, and a way to show its work instead of just claiming it.

Identity mark, responsive site, service pages, instant quote form, before & after gallery
The Radiant Cleaning Co. homepage shown on a laptop and a phone, a photograph of a cleaner wiping a kitchen counter with the headline Residential Cleaning.
The old site ran on two initials as a logo and a single Get a Quote button that led nowhere in particular.

The problem

The business had been known by word of mouth for years — clients who'd used the same cleaner for a decade and referred their neighbours. The website hadn't kept pace: a stock photo, a set of unexplained initials as the logo, and a “Get a Quote” button that opened a blank contact form.

New leads from search or referral had to describe their home over email and then wait for a callback with a price, sometimes a day or two later — long enough for a fair number of them to book with whichever competitor answered first.

There was also nothing showing the actual quality of the work. For a service that's entirely about trusting a stranger in your home, a site with no photos of finished jobs was asking for a leap of faith it hadn't earned yet.

The approach

Three moves, in order.

01

Give the initials a real name and mark

Radiant Cleaning Co. got a proper wordmark and a sparkle icon, replacing the unexplained two-letter logo that told a new visitor nothing.

02

Turn the quote button into an actual quote

The form now captures home size, service type and address, so a price estimate can go out same day instead of after a round of back-and-forth email.

03

Show the work, not just the claim

A before-and-after gallery of real kitchens and living rooms replaced the stock photography, giving new customers something to actually judge.

The work

What we built.

The new homepage

The new Radiant Cleaning homepage on desktop and mobile: a bright sunlit kitchen beside a headline reading Come home to clean, with a star rating chip.
The homepage, with a name on the door. A photograph of actual finished work and a rating chip doing the trust-building the initials never could.
The services page: a three-card grid for Residential Cleaning, Deep Clean and Move-Out Clean, each with a line icon and short description.
Three clear service types, so a first-time visitor books the right one the first time.
The get your free quote page: a form with home size, service type, address and preferred date fields, and a Get My Quote button.
A quote request that arrives with everything needed to price the job same day.
The before and after gallery: a grid of paired kitchen and living room photo cards, each pair shown side by side.
Actual finished jobs, which do more to earn trust than any amount of copy.

Also delivered

A simple online review-request flow triggered after each completed job, since the business's best asset — client trust — had never been captured anywhere public.

Business now with a name people remember

“People would find us and have no idea what our company was actually called. Now there's a name on the door, so to speak, and the quote form does in a minute what used to take me two days of emails.”
