Build it, run it, or let us run it for you.

Nine things, in three groups: work with a finish line, cover that keeps a live site alive, and software we built because our clients kept needing it. All of it built to be read by people and by the AI models they ask first. No packages with silver and gold in the name — the scope is the scope, and the price follows it.

Build

One-off projects

Work with a start and a finish. Scoped up front, priced up front.

01

Landing page

One page with one job. Usually a campaign, a launch, or a single service that deserves more room than the main site gives it — and structured so an AI model can answer a question with it.

  • +Page design and build
  • +Lead capture and tracking
  • +Structured data and AI visibility
02

Multi-page website

Structure first, then surface. We work out what a visitor is actually trying to do before deciding what anything looks like — then make sure the answer is legible to the assistants people now ask before they search.

  • +Sitemap and page structure
  • +Responsive page design
  • +Copy written to be quoted
03

Brand identity

The name is already yours. This is everything around it — the mark, the colours, the type, and the rules that stop it drifting the moment someone else touches it. Including how a model describes you when nobody sees the logo at all.

  • +Wordmark and logo system
  • +Colour and typography
  • +Written identity and usage
Run

Ongoing cover

Once a site is live, someone has to keep it that way. Usually that is Meg.

04

WordPress care

Our managed platform watches for hack attempts, patches what it finds, and keeps backups you will hopefully never need.

  • +Security monitoring and patching
  • +Backups and uptime checks
  • +Content updates on request
05

Divi VIP

Priority support for sites built on Divi — the fixes, the updates that break layouts, and the customisations the builder will not do on its own.

  • +Priority response
  • +Layout and module fixes
  • +Custom CSS and child themes
06

Hosting and infrastructure

The whole stack, not just the files. Servers, domains, DNS, mail and certificates — one number to call when something is down.

  • +Managed hosting and deploys
  • +DNS, domains and email
  • +TLS, backups and monitoring
Platform

Software we built

Products rather than projects. Built for businesses that run on a calendar.

07

Haswell Book

A booking system that lives on your own site instead of sending customers to someone else’s. Six steps from service to confirmation, and an admin side your team can actually run.

  • +Per-specialist availability
  • +Services, categories, pricing
  • +Day, week and month views
08

Haswell Chat

A site assistant that answers from your own content — services, team, FAQs — and books an appointment without leaving the conversation. No AI subscription behind it, so it cannot run up a bill per message.

  • +Answers from your content
  • +Books through Haswell Book
  • +Falls back to phone or WhatsApp
09

Managed subsite platform

Your content lives with us, your site is generated from it, and booking and chat come built in. You edit through a dashboard instead of WordPress, and there is no server for you to think about.

  • +Owner dashboard, not wp-admin
  • +Booking and chat included
  • +No hosting to manage
How we work together

Three ways to engage.

Fixed scope

Project

One defined piece of work, priced up front. Most rebuilds run this way — you know the number before anything starts.

Ongoing

Care plan

Monthly cover for a site that is already live: security, patching, backups, and small content changes as they come up.

Continuous

Retainer

A standing block of design and build time each month, for businesses shipping changes often enough that projects stop making sense.

Questions

The ones we get asked most.

What does a project cost?
It depends on scope, so rather than publish a number that fits nobody: the estimator on this site walks through a few questions and gives a real range at the end. It takes about a minute, and Jeff reviews every quote personally.
How long does it take?
Most projects run eight to twelve weeks end to end. Expedited is four to eight. We do take rush work under four weeks when the scope genuinely allows it, and we will say so when it does not.
What does the process look like?
It starts with the one thing your customers keep phoning to ask — that usually tells us what the new site should lead with. From there: identity and messaging, design, build, launch. You see work at every stage rather than a reveal at the end.
Can you work with the brand we already have?
Yes, and often that is the right call. If the identity is working, we anchor to it and spend the budget elsewhere. If it is fighting you, we will tell you why before suggesting you change it.
Will our team be able to edit the site?
If you want to, yes. We build on WordPress when content changes often enough to matter, and hand over a site your team can actually use rather than one that needs us for every paragraph.
What happens after launch?
We stay on to sort out whatever surfaces once real traffic arrives. After that, a care plan is optional — some clients take it, some do not need it.
Do you write the copy?
We can. Some clients arrive with everything ready, some need the words, some need the words and the photography. It is a question in the estimator because it genuinely moves the number.
What is “AI-first design” and does it actually do anything?
More and more customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Gemini before they touch a search engine, and the answer names two or three businesses. Being one of them depends on whether a model can read your site and trust what it finds: real semantic HTML rather than a soup of nested divs, structured data stating what you do and where you do it, and answers written plainly enough to be quoted. It is not a bolt-on or a monthly fee — it is how we build, and it is the same discipline as answering the question a customer would have phoned to ask.
Can you improve AI visibility on a site you did not build?
Usually, yes, and it is often the cheapest useful thing we can do for an existing site. We audit what a model actually sees when it reads your pages, fix the structure and markup underneath, and rewrite the handful of answers that matter. It does not require a rebuild.
Can we buy the booking or chat plugin on its own?
Yes. Haswell Book and Haswell Chat both install on an existing WordPress site and work independently — chat gains an in-conversation booking flow when Book is there too. Neither needs an AI subscription, so there is no per-message cost to watch.
What is the managed platform, exactly?
Your content lives on our multisite and your website is generated from it, with booking and chat already wired in. You edit through a dashboard rather than WordPress, and there is no server, no plugin updates and no hosting bill on your side. It suits appointment-led businesses best — clinics, studios, trades.
How do we start?
Run the estimator for a range, or send a note and we will set up a call. Either reaches the same three people.

Get a number before you get on a call.

The estimator asks what you are building, then gives you a real range — not a form that promises someone will be in touch.
